TheChels.org was formed in 2009 when a group of Chelsea supporters came together with common ideas and ideals, and who wanted to do something different.

This website is the central portal to everything we do, our other sites are;

Pre-empting some of the questions we may receive, here’s a brief FAQ.

Q. Who are you?

A. TheChels.org is The Chelsea Organisation. An internet savvy bunch of match going Chelsea supporters, with similar ideas and ideals, who wanted something different to the usual fan sites and blogs online.

Q. So how is this different?

A. Most Chelsea sites or organisations only cater for one area, some great blogs don’t do much else than provide written content, some very respectable supporters groups don’t have a good web presence.

Many sites also just regurgitate mainstream output and present it as their own, or write inane pieces just for the traffic the aggregation sites send them.

We aim to cater for all areas, whilst keeping quality high by not chasing traffic for ad revenue.

Q. Yes I noticed that, why no adverts?

A. We don’t need to have adverts all over our sites, ruining the design and taking your eyes away from the content. We think they’re cheap and ugly, and won’t have them on any of our sites.

Q. Don’t you need the ad revenue?

A. No we don’t, TheChels.org is funded from within by those who are a part of it, and those who run each of our respective sites.

Q. Can I be a part of it?

A. Yes of course! TheChels.org is built by Chelsea supporters, for Chelsea supporters, and if you want to join us then get in touch.
